Oregon State Tax Payment Plan
Oregon State Tax Payment Plan
If you owe a tax debt to the Oregon Department of Revenue, the department requests that you contact them at 503-945-8200 to discuss your current situation and potential options. (Do not skip this step. Oregon has a number of options available, such as suspended collections that may be a better option for you.) A payment plan may be an option. Six and twelve month payment plans are available, but be aware that penalties and interest will continue to accrue until the debt has been paid in full.
To set up a payment plan, you will need to:
• Go to Oregon Revenue Online. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one.
• Once you have set up an account, you will need to select the payment plan option and follow the prompts. You can also request a liability waiver, if you feel like it is warranted in your situation.
If you have any questions, call 503-945-8200 for assistance.
