Illinois State Tax Payment Plan

The Illinois Department of Revenue allows you to apply for an installment payment plan if you are unable to pay off your tax liability in full.
To request a payment plan, you will need to:

Complete Form CPP-1, Installment Payment Plan Request.
If you owe more than $5,000, including penalties and interest, you should complete Form EG-13-I, Financial and Other Information Statement for Individuals.
If you prefer for automatic payments to be deducted from your checking account, you should complete Form CPP-1-A, ACH Authorization
