Colorado State Tax Payment Plan
The Colorado Department of Revenue allows individuals who have received a tax liability to request an Agreement to Pay (ATP) plan. To do this, you must first visit the Department of Revenue website and set up a Login ID and password. Using your account, you can request an ATP.
Once your request has been received, the Department of Revenue will mail you an ATP packet with payment coupons. If you have any questions, you can reach the Colorado Department of Revenue at 303-205-8411.
